Responsibility
Under no circumstances will Blue Bay Sauna be responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the product, components and parts attached or installed with it, nor be held responsible for injuries caused to any person or claims for any damages resulting from the use, installation or maintenance of the product. Not responsible for any loss of property or loss of use.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the fully assembled sauna will properly fit in the desired area, by first measuring the complete structure. Please check the dimensions before ordering.

It is also the customer’s responsibility to inquire with the municipality if a permit or authorization is required for the use of the sauna and/or the wood burning heater stove on the desired premises. The customer is responsible for all electrical work at the desired location and all electrical work must be done by a qualified electrician.
